 *आर्टिकल 13 क्या है?* 

आर्टिकल 13 के अनुसार साविधान लागू होने की दिनांक से  पहले जीतने भी धार्मिक ग्रन्थ,, विधि कानून जो विषमता पर आधारित थे उन्हें **शून्य घोषित किया जाता है।।* 

 *व्याख्या -*  इस कानून के अनुसार बाबा साहब ने सिर्फ एक लाइन में ढाई हजार सालों की उस व्यवस्था और उस कानून कि किताबों को शून्य घोषित कर दिया जो इंसानों को गुलाम बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल की जा रही थी।। *जैसे* - सविधान लागू होने से पहले भारत में मनुस्मृति का कानून लागू था। मनुस्मृति के अनुसार भारत के शूद्र व अति शूद्र और महिलाओं को शिक्षा का अधिकार, संपत्ति का अधिकार नहीं था।। इसके अलावा मनुस्मृति के कानून के अनुसार शुद्र वर्ण को सिर्फ ब्राह्मणों की निस्वार्थ भाव से सेवा करने के लिए ही इस्तेमाल किया जाता था और अति शूद्र लोगों को पानी पीने तक का अधिकार नहीं था। यह विषमता वादी कानून इतनी कठोरता से लागू था जिसे पढ़कर बाबा साहब का हृदय कांप उठा था,, बाबा साहब ने इस मनुस्मृति के कानून का अध्ययन किया तो पाया कि भारत की महिलाएं दोहरी गुलाम है ,उन्हें तो सिर्फ इस्तेमाल की वस्तु ही समझा जाता था,, इसके अलावा सती प्रथा, बाल विवाह,, बेमेल विवाह,, वैधन्य जीवन,, मुंडन प्रथा आदि क्रूर प्रथाएं लागू थी।। यह प्रथा इसलिए लागू की गई ताकि ब्राह्मणों द्वारा निर्मित जाति व्यवस्था मजबूत बनी रहे और शूद्र व अति शूद्र लोगों की गुलामी मजबूत बनी रहे,, 19वीं सदी में ज्योतिराव फुले, सावित्री बाई फुले, विलियम बैटिंग, लार्ड मैकाले आदि विद्वानों ने अपने अपने स्तर पर बहुत कोशिश की इस व्यवस्था को खतम करने की,, लेकिन राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर डॉ बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर ने अपनी विद्वता के दम पर *25 दिसंबर 1927 को इस मनुस्मृति नामक विषमता वादी जहरीले ग्रंथ को आग लगा दी* और अछूत लोगों को महाड में पानी पीने का अधिकार दिलवाया,, इसके बाद बाबा साहब ने पूरे भारत में घूम घूम कर साइमन कमीशन को  मनुस्मृति से प्रभावित शूद्र व अति शूद्र लोगों की वास्तविक स्थिति का परिचय करवाया। 1931-32 में बाबा साहब ने इन 90% लोगों को वोट का अधिकार दिलवाया,, सबके लिए प्रतिनिधित्व का अधिकार,, विधिमंडल में उचित प्रतिनिधित्व और शिक्षा का दरवाजा राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सबके लिए खुलवाया,, जब संविधान लिखने की बात आई बाबा साहब ने ब्राह्मणवादी तमाम शक्तियां कानून और धर्म ग्रंथ को, जो इंसान को इंसान नहीं मानते थे,, महज एक लाइन में घोषित कर दिया। इसी सविधान ने बाबा साहब ने एससी, एस टी, ओबीसी और इनसे धर्म परिवर्तित माइनॉरिटी के लिए 69 आर्टिकल लिखकर इन्हें अलग अलग क्षेत्र में कुछ विशेषाधिकार दिए। इन्हीं 69 आर्टिकल की वजह से हमें मिले अधिकार ही इन ब्राह्मणवादी मनुवादी लोगों को बर्दाश्त नहीं हो रहे है और इन्हें खत्म करवाने के लिए रात दिन प्रोपेगंडा और धर्म, भ्रम,पाखंड अंधविश्वास,, साम, दाम, दंड, भेद का इस्तेमाल के रहे हैं और संसदीय बहुमत का गलत इस्तेमाल करते हैं। इसलिए ये लोग भारत में भाईचारा और एकता नहीं चाहते क्योंकि भाईचारा और एकता होने की वजह से इनकी व्यवस्था खत्म हो जाएगी और हमारी व्यवस्था लागू हो जाएगी। 

 *आर्टिकल 14 क्या है?* 

 आर्टिकल 14 के अनुसार ऐसा कोई भी कानून फिर से लागू नहीं होगा और ना ही बनेगा जो इंसानों के साथ विषमता वादी व्यवहार करें और उनको बद से बदतर जिंदगी जीने के लिए मजबूर करें,, अर्थात भारत के सब नागरिक को समान मानते हुए ही विधि या कानून लागू या बनाए जाए,, 

 *व्याख्या* - भारत की संसद में चाहे किसी भी पार्टी का बहुमत हो,, तो इस बहुमत के आधार पर ऐसा कोई कानून नहीं बनाया जाएगा जो पूर्व में मौजूद व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाए और एक कम्यूनिटी को इस कानून के दम पर तानाशाही करने के लिए सरक्षण प्रदान करता हो,, इसलिए आर्टिकल 14 सब भारतीयों के लिए एक समान विधि सहिंता उपलब्ध करवाता है और किसी भी विषमता वादी कानून बनाने के लिए रोकता है,, चाहे संसद में कितना भी बहुमत क्यों ना हो।।

  * Explanation - * According to this law, Baba Saheb declared null and void in just one line, that system of two and a half thousand years and that law books which were being used to enslave human beings. . * Like * - The law of Manusmriti was applicable in India before the constitution came into force. According to Manusmriti, Shudra and Ati Shudra and women of India did not have the right to education, right to property. Further, according to the law of Manusmriti, the Shudra Varna was used only for selfless service to the Brahmins and the Ati Shudras were not even entitled to drink water. This disparity law was implemented so harshly that Baba Saheb's heart trembled after reading it, Baba Saheb studied the law of this Manusmriti and found that the women of India are double slaves, they were considered only objects of use. Apart from this, cruel practices like Sati system, child marriage, mismatch marriage, legal life, mundan system etc. were applicable. This practice was implemented so that the caste system built by the Brahmins remains strong and the slavery of Shudra and Ati Shudra remains strong, in the 19th century scholars like Jyotirao Phule, Savitri Bai Phule, William Batting, Lord Macaulay etc. at their own level. Tried a lot to put an end to this system, but at the national level, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on the basis of his scholarship, * on 25 December 1927, set fire to this heterogeneous poisonous book called Manusmriti * and made the untouchables drink water in Mahad. After this Baba Saheb roamed all over India and introduced the real condition of Shudra and Ati Shudra people affected by Manusmriti to Simon Commission. In 1931-32, Baba Saheb gave the right to vote to 90% of these people, the right to representation for all, proper representation in the legislature and the door of education was opened for everyone at the national level, when it came to writing the constitution. The Brahminists declared all the powers, laws and religious texts, which did not consider human beings as human beings, in just one line. By this constitution, Baba Saheb wrote 69 articles for SC, ST, OBC and minorities converted to religion and gave them some privileges in different fields. Because of these 69 articles, the rights given to us are not being tolerated by these brahminical Manuwadi people and to eliminate them, propaganda and religion, delusion, hypocrisy, superstition, saam, price, punishment, distinction have been used day and night. and misuse the parliamentary majority. That is why these people do not want brotherhood and unity in India because due to brotherhood and unity, their system will end and our system will be implemented.

  *What is article 14?*

  According to Article 14, no such law shall be re-applied and shall not be made which treats human beings unequally and compels them to live the worst life, that is, treating all citizens of India as equal. law be enforced or made,

  * Explanation * - No matter which party has a majority in the Parliament of India, then on the basis of this majority, no such law will be made which will strengthen the existing system and make a community to dictatorship on the basis of this law. Therefore, Article 14 provides for a uniform code of law for all Indians and prohibits the making of any disparity law, no matter what the majority may have in the Parliament.
